Inclement Weather

Our office makes every effort to prioritize client and staff safety and well-being. If we learn that there is a risk of inclement weather, we will do our best to reach anyone who is scheduled to come into our office to discuss whether and when to reschedule their appointment. Likewise, if you learn that there is a risk of inclement weather and you are scheduled to come into our office, and you haven’t heard from us already, we encourage you to contact us before getting on the roads.

In determining whether to close our office due to weather or other concerns, we refer to WRAL for guidance. In particular, Weather Alerts can be found at https://www.wral.com/weather/page/1010362/ and Closings and Delays can be found at https://www.wral.com/weather/closings/.

Communicating Closures

Our office will make every attempt to communicate office closures - whether due to inclement weather, power outage, or otherwise - as soon as we are aware of the circumstances.

This communication may be made by phone, by email, and/or through your Clio Client Portal. We may also share updates via this website or our Facebook page.

Office Closures for Holidays

Our office will be closed in observance of all holidays observed by the courts of North Carolina (https://www.nccourts.gov/holiday-schedule) as well as Juneteenth.

For the year of 2024, our office will be closed on the following dates:
